I had a great experience of selling my house via JP & Brimelow from start to finish. My house was on the market and sold within two weeks. All of the team were great to deal with throughout. Things got tricky towards the end, as chains do and various lawyers were useless! Then lock down kicked in. I have to say that Carole managing my sale was an absolute star, always available, communicating with all relevant parties, keeping me in the loop, and really helped get the sale over the line. It was pretty stressful and Carole handled everything calmly and effectively. When I first appointed JP, their fee was a tiny bit higher than some competitors, but I had confidence in them from my first meeting with Vicky. In the end, it was well worth it. A less dedicated team would not have got this one past the post, and I could have possibly lost the chain and a lot of cash. I also love the free umbrella by the way – it’s well used! Thanks to Carole and all the team, it’s been a pleasure to work with you.

Fantastic company to deal with as a buyer – we would not have our new house without them! Ria, then Carole and Jodie were all highly professional and contacted me for updates without fail. Our chain fell through after 3 months just before Christmas but Carole managed to work with the seller and keep the house for us (my sons rented it for 2 months while we sold our house again).

We used an online Estate Agent and found it very easy to get offers on our property but extremely difficult to complete the sale(twice). I really wish that we had gone with Brimelows Chorlton – they price realistically and thoroughly vet offers. Then (crucially) Carole and the post sales team show real determination to make sure the sale keeps moving forward.

Thank you so much to you and the team.  We were particularly pleased with the photos / marketing , open days , sales negotiation and transaction management.

Vicky did an excellent job negotiating with the final two purchasers and was able to provide detail about the purchasers to help us base our decision.  This was really important to us after the issues we had with the previous set of purchases that didn’t go ahead.

The transaction thereafter was managed extremely well by Carole, from arranging for tradesman to visit the property to chasing the purchaser and the sols.  Nothing was ever too much trouble for Carole, a pleasure to deal with.
